Lazeez Tapas is a family run business in the heart of Mayfair. The same family has been operating at 29 Duke Street opposite Selfridges for over 13 years now. They started with an illy Café in 2007 and then launched Lazeez Tapas in 2013, which serves contemporary Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine, tapas dishes and small plates to share. They serve a selection of Lebanese and local desserts as well as healthy fresh fruit platters. Lazeez Tapas offers Turkish and Arabic coffee as well as herbal and Lebanese Mint Tea in their bespoke tea pots, which are popular with customers when catching up with friends during the day over cake or their popular fresh baklava.
Their wine list has a range of international labels including their own Lebanese labelled wine from the Beqaa Valley wine region in Lebanon. They also have an extensive range of cocktails which you can enjoy with friends sitting on their cosy Summer and Winter Duke Street Terrace, which is fully covered and open all year round, overlooking Selfridges.
The atmosphere at Lazeez is welcoming, warm and friendly, offering a café atmosphere but with the extensive menu of a restaurant. They use only the freshest of ingredients in their dishes, which are handpicked and sourced from Lebanon as well as locally here in the UK to ensure they are as healthy as possible. In addition, they have great dishes on their menus for vegetarians and vegans and those with special dietary needs.
